TRAINING IN AN ANONYMOUS SETTING
Your personal program is available to all our trainers through the TLC portal. At BodyMentors, you therefore always work from a central approach that is based on realizing your goals – regardless of the trainer, the time of the day or the location at which you are training. On top of this, this happens in a setting in which our members feel the most comfortable. Far removed from the bustle of the regular fitness school, so that you are not distracted, but can focus entirely on your training.
At BodyMentors, we offer various types of trainings and packages. All these packages include the following services:
A sport-medical test before each training period;
New nutritional advice and a modified schedule every two months;
A 30-minute sports or relaxation massage every month;
The option of training at a location and time of your choosing.
