Our nutritional expert develops a schedule together with you that perfectly fits your training objectives. That schedule is adapted every two months, based on the progress you’re making. The pattern, the food quantities, and the type of food are realigned each time.

At our club in Rotterdam, we cook varying fresh meals every day that are entirely attuned to your nutritional plan and eating wishes. These healthy meals start at € 8.50 and are easily ordered at our personal trainers.
